 Mosque of Curataba (Spain)

Its size is 668 x 440 feet, which means it is the largest mosque in the world for that place. Rs 10 lakh was spent on the construction of Jama Masjid, Delhi, but Rs 1.5 crore was spent on this mosque.Blessedly, this mosque is one of the unique in the world. It was built by Sultan Abdul Rahman Al Dakhil on the model of Jama Masjid in Damascus, after which his people found it and reached Takmil.  The grandeur of this mosque can be gauged from the fact that its minbar was made of pure ivory and was studded with many jewels. It was sold for 35,000 dinars per coin, which means in current times its price was around 35 lakh dinars. This mosque has 1718 pure marble altars whose designs are like Kamal-e-Fan's.In the evening, there were 10,000 chandeliers, the rest were made of brass, each of them illuminated 1480 glasses, the lamp on which 36 seers of oil burned, there were restrictions on its cleanliness of 300 Farrash.
