Real name was Mushtaq Hussain, resident of Amroha, date of birth was 24 March 1841, got education in a Tehsil school but could not complete the education and started searching for employment. Finally, I got Mudarris in Tehsil school at ₹ 10 Mahana.After its completion, he became a clerk in the tehsil of Moradabad on a salary of ₹ 20 Mahavar. This was the time when Sir Syed Ahmed Khan had the same house in connection with the employment. The relationship of friendship was established between them, Sir.With the efforts of Syed, Maulvi Saheb entered the service of the princely state of Hyderabad and reached a very high position and according to Sir Syed, he became the uncrowned king of Hyderabad. During his stay in Hyderabad, he himself taught at Mohammedan College.Maulvi Saheb provided financial help and was helpful in getting help from the government. Maulvi Saheb demonstrated his immense talent and hard work in Hyderabad, apart from a very reasonable salary, Wakar-ud-Daulat-ul-Mulk is waiting for him.After being freed from the corruption of Hyderabad, who was blessed with Jung Bahadur's words, he went to Aligarh and got busy in the service of the Mohammedan College. Here he first took the responsibility of the boarding house and paid its dues. Sir Syed wished that after him His son Justice Syed Mohammad Sir Waqar is a descendant of Syed and Honorary Secretary of the Mohammedan College. Many people were unhappy with this proposal. The country did not like it, hence there was a dispute among the friends for some days. Ultimately the heart became clear after the death of Nawab Mohsin Al Mulk. Waqar ul of mulk mohammedan college After being appointed Honorary Secretary, he spent the last part of his life in Aalal, without which he had to resign from the post of Secretaryship. His resignation was accepted with great difficulty. He died in Amroha on 28 January 1917. When the news reached Aligarh, people from here rushed to Amroha to hear the dead body. brought to Aligarh Bury near Sir Syed but by that time he was buried in Aabai graveyard.
