 Maulana Shibli Nomani 

Azamgarh town Bandol was his homeland, he was born on 8 May 1857. He belonged to a Rajput family. 14 generations back, his elder Shivraj Singh accepted Islam. Shivli's father Sheikh Habibullah used to do business of sugar and oil along with advocacy. son also a businessman .Although he studied religious education and Arabic language and literature with great interest, he passed the bar exam in two years but he did not feel interested in the work. Shibli was with him for 24 years. Brother came to Aligarh in connection with Dakhle, this also with him He had come and brought an Arabic ballad in honor of Sir Syed and presented it in his service. This ballad would surely have pleased Sir Syed. Next year, he came to Aligarh in connection with the appointment. After a few days, he was selected in place of the Persian professor. They agreed, Sir Syed divided his share of the house.In what was called Bangaliya, I arranged for his release and opened the doors of his grand palace Qutub Khana to him. Now he got the opportunity of Wasiya Mutala and he changed from Maulvi Shibli to Allama Shibli. Talk to someone else Mr. Arnold became a professor of philosophy. When I came to Aligarh, I was in his company. Shivli got the opportunity to study philosophy. He had a special interest in Tasneef-o-Talif, hence he wrote Al-Farooq-al-Mamun and many other books which were highly accepted. After leaving the Mohammedan College in 1914, he established a seminary in Azamgarh in the name of Darul Musannefin. Maulana lion too Umda used to say that in the line of service, the government awarded him the book of Shams ul Ulema. He died in Azamgarh on 18 November 1914.
